DETERMINE VIDEO TYPE

Videos that require a script need to be well-written, succinct, and reinforce the overall tone of the video. Bring your video ready script or have one of our talented script-writers produce a script that conveys the perfect message for your intended audience.
A storyboard is a graphical representation of the scenes that will be captured for your video project. The sketched illustrations are displayed sequentially to help you visualize how the video will look. The scenes are created based on a pre-planned list of shots. The script is also utilized in creating the storyboard. We will work with you to ensure that no detail is missed.
TALENT AND RELEASE FORMS
Depending on the type of video being produced, professional talent may be recommended. You can use in-house personnel if you desire or you can work with a pool of talented actors and actresses. We will contract agency partners to scout and audition the best person(s) for your video. In addition, hair and makeup services are available. Once selected, we will handle all the required paperwork to ensure approved use of the talent’s likeness prior to distribution of the video.
You have several options for shooting your live video. It can be performed on-site at your place of business, in a professional studio, or on-location almost anywhere. Additionally, we offer aerial videography to capture vantage points not available at ground level. The choice of location is dependent on the style of video being produced. Our team will work with you to determine the most appropriate setting for your shoot.
LIVE VIDEO SHOOT
The day of the actual video shoot is very exciting! All hands on deck as we kick it off with a pre-shoot meeting and go over the schedule for the day and review the shot list. Afterwards, we’ll get right to work. During this day, our goal is to capture footage of on-camera talent and B-roll footage (as necessary). We’ll also capture source and background audio. We get a bunch done but have a blast doing it!
Creative genius comes alive at this stage. All the great footage we captured from the live shoot is edited to include the best scenes that tell your story and deliver your message. We include motion graphics, titling, special effects, and sound effects where needed. We add background music and include a Call-to-Action to move your viewers to take action. Upon completion, you’ll have a distribution-ready video.
At this stage, your video is ready to go live. Whether it will be viewed on-line or seen on national TV, you’ll have the best-suited format for your chosen distribution platform.
